Welcome to St. Robert Bellarmine Parish and School. Our parish serves the Jefferson Park-Portage Park area with programs that address the spiritual needs of parishioners and community service efforts. Our elementary school offers an exceptional preschool-8th grade education as well as a program for 2-year olds.
Share Jim Ryan’s San Roberto Belarmino Journey! Long-time St. Robert Bellarmine parishioner, Jim Ryan, is cycling the Camino de Santiago path this fall in honor and raise funds for the SRB parish and school community. Learn more.
Many thanks to all who participated in our Family Service Day at Feed My Starving Children! Your generosity, energy, and enthusiasm for the work are inspiring. View pictures from the event. If you have more pictures to share, please send them to Beth Farias, firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for bringing canned goods for the New Hope Community Food Pantry and for your generous donations to Feed My Starving Children. If you didn’t get a chance to donate to FMSC on Saturday, you can still make a donation.
For their Urban Immersion service trip, the SRB Teen Club traveled around the city for three days in search of the answer to the question, “Who Is My Neighbor?” The results? They learned a lot, gave a lot, played a lot, prayed a lot. See more photos.
Many thanks to everyone who made the 2015 SRB Picnic so much fun: Our hard-working grill crew (above), the Teen Club members who organized games and face painting for younger children, our Pastoral Council members who planned, our Girls Scouts on clean-up duty, and many more!
Congratulations to our 2015 graduates. We have seen them grow into kind and thoughtful young adults who are well-prepared for high school and a lifetime of learning and service. We will miss them!
Congratulations to Deacon Bill Frere who was ordained to the Diaconate at Holy Name Cathedral by Bishop Kane. Congratulations to Bill and his wife Ginger. They join Deacon Tony and Maria Delgado in the ministry of service to the people of our parish.
